Refund & Return Policy for The Goldy Sidhu

At The Goldy Sidhu, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, natural herbal products. However, if your order doesn’t meet expectations due to damage or errors, here’s how our refund and return process works:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • You received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products ordered by mistake.
  • Change of mind after delivery.

2. Time Frame for Returns / Refund Requests

  • All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI (details will be collected after approval).
  • You may also choose a replacement product or store credit of equal value.

4. Product Pickup

In eligible cases:

  • Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the item within 2–4 working days.
  • Returned products must be in the original condition, unused and with all labels/packaging intact.
  • In rare situations, you may be asked to self-ship the product, and we will reimburse shipping charges upon receipt.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation is not possible unless it meets return eligibility conditions above.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be issued for products found used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval.
  • We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the policy terms.
